Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options within the UAE:
- Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days (free).
- Express Delivery: Orders are delivered within 1 business day (additional fee applies).
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Free of Cost
- Express Delivery: A flat rate of 30 AED applies to all Dubai orders.
Remote Areas
Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will be notified if your delivery address falls under this category.
Order Tracking
You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
Undelivered Packages
If your package is undelivered after a reasonable attempt, we will contact you to arrange for redelivery or a refund.
Changes to Orders
We strive to fulfill orders as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, changes may not be possible. However, please contact us immediately at support@omniaft.com if you need to modify your order.
International Shipping
OMNIA FOOD TRADING currently does not offer international shipping.
